I'm quite interested in how this driver could have automatic presence indication. I wish it would work with Bria 3, a voip softphone for mac (pc and linux too), I'm on the phone constantly and people in my office are always trying to talk to me at the same time that I'm on the phone.

Hi Guys, Just letting you know the team have just released version 2.0 of the Mac driver which now support automatic presence display on the Blync light. You can find the software here. The application requires a Lync Server 2013 environment since it uses the new UWCA technology for presence synchronization. Enjoy!

Hi Guys, We've received many requests from the Mac Blync community about developing a menu version of the software. I just had a quick chat to Nitin and his team (original Blync for Mac developers) about these requests. They mentioned that they will build the most popular design put forward by the Mac Blync community. So whoever has a menu version design in mind, please post it, and if your design gets the most likes - we'll built it! (we'll probably giveaway a couple Blync lights to best design also ) Happy designing!

All I ever get is Username/Password Pair is invalid. Using same settings and login as lync.

The OSX driver you've created works perfectly with Yosemite. It would be wonderful to sync automatically with Lync status. Good work, thanks Neil

I believe the latest Mac software v2.2 does the automatic sync if you use Lync Server 2013.

Any status on the version that would have a menu icon to select status?

I've got Blync 3.0 installed and when I click on Connect, it changes to Connecting and then just goes back to Connect. No error message and no Blync functionality. Running Lync 2013 Server.

We've just picked up Blynclight Plus for the Mac and were disappointed to discover that it doesn't actually ring when a call is incoming. Is this something that we've done wrong, or is it something that simply isn't possible/is coming in a future update? Thanks

Just awaiting a future update on the Lync server end for incoming calls. The Blync for Mac client subscribes to events from the Lync Server. The Lync server sends out all events (such as Status changes) to its subscribers except the Incoming Call and Incoming IM events at this stage.

Thanks for replying, looks like we're just waiting for Microsoft to update things. Do you think this might be added with the change to Skype for Business?
