My team previously used blync lights in our contact centre and absolutely loved them.
We have now installed a contact centre product that sits on top of lync and uses its own custom statuses, so the standard blync client is no longer of any utility to us, we're really missing it. I will look at the sdk at some point, but I wondered if anyone has looked into adding the ability to configure custom lync statuses into the client - even if it involves an ugly hack?

Hi Daz,
Your best bet is to use the SDK to integrate your client and display custom statuses and colors. You can access around 4 more additional colors to the original driver. Which contact centre product are you using? you might be able to use the web service, node or command prompt clients other users have uploaded to do the work for you.
Regards,
Anton
