Blync Attendant not working

Hi,

I already submitted 2 tickets but no response. At our company we want to use the Blynclight for the reception, we are using Lync Attendant 2010 and Lync server 2013. Every time when we start the blynclight attendant it crashes the software for some reason with no error, just not responding.

Can anyone assist?

What version of the Blync software are you running? The latest version is 2.0.4. Perhaps try installing an older version of the Blync software?
