Hi
I have the Blynclight Pro on but I'm having real trouble getting it working correctly with Jabber 9.6 on windows 10.
The only thing that happens is the light comes on when a call comes in, but doesn't stop flashing on answer.
If I hang up, it goes out (not to available).
Any ideas?

are you using a cisco deskphone Peter? Ive noticed the deskphone and cisco jabber are not closely linked which caused similar issues. I didn't experience these issues using the softphone and headset
