We have a call center and we had issues telling who was already on a call when new calls came in as both indications were a red flash.
We changed the incoming call to a blue flash but it is not working as hoped.
When someone is on a call it flashes red, but when a new call comes in it changes to blue. We want it to stay red and only people not on a call flash blue. Is this even possible?

Hi thurmus,
Just set your On Call activity to flash red and set your Incoming Call activity to flash blue. This should work.
Are you saying when the same person is on a call and a new call comes in for that same person?

Correct.
They are logged in to a response group so we see the following:
Not On A Call Flashes blue on ringing. When they answer flashes red.
Already On A Call Is flashing red. When new call to the response group comes in, it goes from flashing red to flashing blue. When the call is answered by someone else it goes back to flashing red.
We want it to ignore the flashing blue when they are already on a call.
