I got a BL 6 months ago, but it never worked with my MacBook Pro. I currently have my MacBook Pro at 10.11.6 and just installed Embrava's 4.0.3 Mac version for the BL and while it will identify the cube, it will not turn the light to show my status from Lync.
I'm fully updated on all apps on my Mac. I've rebooted more than once after installing the app and hardware, tried both direct USB connections, tested with powered and passive hubs etc, but no change. I've checked the configuration and it is set to show green for availability, red for busy and so on, but no change when I make changes in Lync and the light never even turns on except for when I click the Identify button.
Any ideas what I've done wrong or how I can get it to work with my Mac?

Hi There, Checking the FAQ I can see that the Mac version of Embrava Connect will only work with Sfb/Lync server on-prem. SfB Online through Office 365 is not yet supported.
I believe the reason for this is that the Mac version uses UCWA to pull status information from the server. Microsoft has announced they would release UCWA on SfB Online this year but are yet to do so. Once UCWA is enabled on SfB Online your Mac should then be able to pull status from the server and your BL should light up.
