So, if I understand Embrava, as long as your company is running Skype for Business in the cloud and Microsoft Teams and they have established a Federation, Embrava Connect can continue to look at Skype for Business for your presence to chance the Blynclight status. In my company's case, we are running Skype for Business on-prem, so there is no way to Federate with Microsoft Teams (in the cloud), thus, I still have two different presence indicators. I'm hoping the community can continue to pressure Microsoft for a way to monitor Teams for the presence there, as our company still runs Skype for Business on-prem due to having our PBX tied to that system. microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/35689261-blynclight-for-microsoft-teams

Hi All, Native support for Microsoft Teams is now available! Please download the latest version of Embrava Connect from embrava.com/install to enable your status lights to work with Microsoft Teams. Enjoy!

I installed the latest version with Teams support. But, there is no support for "In a Meeting" / "In a Call" purple lights? What gives?

Hi, Embrava is causing teams to crash multiple times, after reinstalling teams, embrava doesn't detect teams anymore

I need to debug more, but seems the Teams update from this week has broken this.
Either that, or the light doesn't understand having both "Busy" and the auto-detected "OOF" due to calendar.
I use Teams. Really the only thing I want is for the light to be red when I'm on a call (set to Busy). It would be even better if it could slow-blink, but I see "flash" is listed as "no flash" in all cases. Not sure if that's a limitation of the Blynclight Standard

It works with Teams now. But it doesn't recognize being in an online meeting as a special state that I can set a color for. It's just "busy".

I wish as many people would post on the Microsoft Dev Teams page, Microsoft isn't even sure they are going to make the APIs for Teams yet. Hopefully they get serious about UC or clean house at some point.

We are using Teams from O365 source but unfortunately Blynclight does not support incomming Calls and IMs. This makes Blynclight somehow useless for us.

For me having an Admin consent is a pain ... there is no way to use the client rights to adapt the light? (I'm on macOS)

I downloaded the software and when I try to install I get to the screen where it takes me to my company's sign-in page and just stays there. I know I have seen other people post on this forum that are from my company that have successfully installed the product so I guess someone some where has accepted the admin stuff. I am not sure what the deal is here with my installation. I opened a support case but not sure how responsive they are so figured I would poste here too to see if anyone has run into the same issue.

I have the same issue. Skype works great. Moved over to Teams - honestly I have no idea what version of Teams but doesn't matter because neither work. If I activate the "Server-side" version then it takes me to a full white blank screen titled "Microsoft Teams Authorization" and it does nothing. If I go to Teams (non-server) it doesn't find the Blynclight.
Any answers here?
