I downloaded the software and when I try to install I get to the screen where it takes me to my company's sign-in page and just stays there. I know I have seen other people post on this forum that are from my company that have successfully installed the product so I guess someone some where has accepted the admin stuff. I am not sure what the deal is here with my installation. I opened a support case but not sure how responsive they are so figured I would poste here too to see if anyone has run into the same issue. I have the same issue. Skype works great. Moved over to Teams - honestly I have no idea what version of Teams but doesn't matter because neither work. If I activate the "Server-side" version then it takes me to a full white blank screen titled "Microsoft Teams Authorization" and it does nothing. If I go to Teams (non-server) it doesn't find the Blynclight.
Any answers here?
When in doubt, read the user's guide! The trick is that you have to go into Teams -> Settings -> and under Application, put a check next to "Register Teams as the chat app for Office" Close out of all Office products, close out of Embrava, and then re-open. Reboot is always best, but it worked for me without a reboot.
Skype will remain working with Embrava even after checking this box in Teams.
BTW - for me the correct Teams was the non-server option that does not require external authorization.

Add the following instructions under 'Microsoft Teams'
Connection Details
Enabled | Yes
Microsoft Teams for Windows
The following configuration may need to be enabled.
In Microsoft Teams, open 'Settings'
Under 'General' tab
Check the box labeled 'Register Teams as the chat app for Office (requires restarting Office applications)'
Restart Embrava Connect

not working here, we are in 2020 and we can't see a solution for a highprice product from embrava. No Teams support, because og making money with an extra teamlight? This a simple driver feature for you. When will you get it, embrava?

Switching to WebView2 in the Embrava Connect app breaks signin on managed devices. (No access to Device Identifier) so conditional access policies which are only allowing access to teams from managed devices is blocking access right now.
I think adding the AllowSingleSignOnUsingOSPrimaryAccount property on the webview should solve it.

Why does this need to authenticate and be allowed in the cloud, if the Teams program is running locally, can't it figure out what my status is? My administrators are not willing to allow Embrava to read the company wide status, but I would still like to be able to use this ...
