I have the same issue. Skype works great. Moved over to Teams - honestly I have no idea what version of Teams but doesn't matter because neither work. If I activate the "Server-side" version then it takes me to a full white blank screen titled "Microsoft Teams Authorization" and it does nothing. If I go to Teams (non-server) it doesn't find the Blynclight.

When in doubt, read the user's guide! The trick is that you have to go into Teams -> Settings -> and under Application, put a check next to "Register Teams as the chat app for Office" Close out of all Office products, close out of Embrava, and then re-open. Reboot is always best, but it worked for me without a reboot.
Skype will remain working with Embrava even after checking this box in Teams.
BTW - for me the correct Teams was the non-server option that does not require external authorization.
