Hide app icon in macOS Dock

Please hide the app icon of Embrava Connect in macOS Dock (see attachment dock.png) and move it to the menu bar on top (see attachment menubar.png).
Other apps like OneDrive, LastPass etc already do this.
It's also very annoying and unnecessary to see the app icon during task switching (Cmd + Tab).

+1 - this would be really important in order to make this behave like all other such applications on the Mac.
