Hi all
this is my first post here, and I am by no means a programmer.
I was asked to look into getting our Aftersales department online using Blynclight and as I have no clue how, I was wondering if anyone have experience with ZenDesk and BlyncLight.
What the AS department asked for is to have the calls that come through ZenDesk work with the Blynclight something like this
if agent is offline, blynclight off if agent is online and not talking solid green if agent is online and talking flash red
I hope I posted in the right place and I also really hope someone can help out here
