The website doesn't list any support for Plantronics Hub, but I see it as a selectable option under applications/connections in Embrava Connect. Does anyone have links to documentation that shows which versions of Plantronics Hub are supported, and with which Plantronics devices? Currently having a problem where my Savi W740 continuously flashes red after I engage the 'deskphone' mode, then doesn't switch back to green after I end my call and/or dock my headset.
Running Plantronics hub v3.19.0 build 19571. Embrava Connect 5.2.51. Plantronics Hub is the only active setting in Enbrava Connect.

Same here, running Plantronics Hub 3.19.0 Build 19571 on macOS and Embrava Connect 4.2.3 for Mac. Even though Plantronics Hub is activated in the Embrava Connect settings, no status changes of the headset are picked up.

I have exactly the same problem using Plantronics Hub 3.20.0 on macOS 10.14.6. The only thing Embrava Connect picks up the the headset being connected/disconnected, but neither "incoming call" nor "on call". Embrava support claims it's Plantronics' fault.
I even got a Plantronics Status Indicator (which is a rebranded Blynclight Plus) and Plantronics support claims everything is working as advertised even though it doesn't.

Update: Out of curiosity, I have replicated the setup on a Windows 10 system and there it works as intended - Embrava Connect does pick up the "on call" event from Plantronics Hub, causing the Blynclight to change its status. Embrava support states that it's an issue with the Plantronics Hub SDK on macOS.

Hi all, has anyone figured out what is going on with this integration? I'm not able to get this to work.
