Hi All.
TLDR; Do you know which LED's embrava is using? I bought some RGB ones, but the wiring is different, so the colours don't match up. The plan is to solder more LED's to my current blynclight to wire them in parallel so I can put an extension of the blynclight in my kitchen + office + hallway?
I'm in Toronto and loving the blynclight.
Quick question for the smart people in here. Do you know which LED's they are using, and if I can just get the LED's and then wire them in parallel so I can put a light in my kitchen + office + hallway so my children (ages 9, 12 and 13) STFU when they come home from school when I am on-air?
I'd REALLY prefer to have one in my kitchen, one OUTDSIDE my home office door and one INSIDE my home office (So I can glance at it to make sure it is on the right setting when going on-air)
My 13 year old son has a 3D printer and has printed an awesome "on air" cover for my blynclight.
My 3 children keep coming in when I am on an on-air live broadcast, or they are SUPER loud playing the xbox when they come home from school (my home office is in the basement, not far from their gaming room).
I'd LOVE to solder another set of RGB LED's with a short 50 cm wire so that I can have a light inside my office door, so that I can see what color they are seeing... at a glance.
We are currently printing a second "on air" cover, and would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have your help to put this silly little project together, please? It would blow my son's mind if we can get a response and some help from some smart people in here.
I'm trying to show him that it is possible to connect with people from all around the world, and the first step is to ASK. So, there you have it. Please can you help us? That would be fantastic.
TLDR; Do you know which LED's they are using, and if I can then solder them to my current blynclight to wire them in parallel so I can put an extension of the blynclight in my kitchen + office + hallway?
Thanks!
Warmly,
Chris.

ps: for context, the wire I want to run will be about 50 to 60 feet, at minimum, so extending the USB cable itself is out of the question as far as I know.
